The bar staff were poorly trained and did not understand the charging system. A single Baileys is 50ml but the staff charged us for doubles so £20 for 2 single Baileys is a total rip off!

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Rooms were warm but could open the window. There is a car park which was £7 for 24 hours. Handy location for town centre.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay from Start to Finish! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s setup. Housekeeping did a fantastic job each day. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. I also have to mention the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Great location for early hospital appointment. In fact only 2 minutes walk away. Steak pie and mashed potatoes was beautiful at dinner.

Used for business purpose, which was well located for this. Staff very good. Room a little dated but was fine for what I used this for. Would stay again. Food also very good

Too noisy - no insulation from outside. Windows need sealing or replacing. No hairdyer. No parking (not easy to sort). Have to pay for wifi after 30 minutes. Very basic. No toiletries except shower gel and it had a tiny bit in it. TV remote didn't work. Wouldn't stay again. Just basics not there but it was clean
