Travelodge Altrincham Central

We stayed for only 1 night thank God. The description on the website said there was not any parking and the closest was the ocean car park, which was a 10 minute walk. Once we got to the hotel there was parking, which is very misleading. The lift was broken. We had one towel and bath mat between me and my husband, there was not any hand soap in the dispenser, the shower went boiling hot to cold. The bed was uncomfortable and the charger by the side of the bed was not working. There was not any coffee or tea supplies. Over all an appalling stay.

We came for our daughters 30th Birthday and had a fantastic time! Especially Bogusia, nothing was to much and she was always smiling even when short staffed and managing reception, bar and serving meals. She is a star! Please get more staff for her and the team. Xx

Bogusia is 100٪ profesinalist the heart of hotel. She was full helpfull to each of us. Smile on her feace never end. I hope in hotel you have more employess like Bogusia

This place is very friendly, clean, nice food, good bar and perfect for shops, bars, restaurants etc. There is limited on site parking but ample parking less than 5 mins walk away.
